How to Renew Your Subscription
The Season ticket renewal packets will be mailed. When you receive yours, please verify that your contact and subscription information is correct on the enclosed invoice. Then review your current series seats and complete your order form.
ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Seating and Series Reserve My Seats – Check One
For an Exact Renewal choose:
No Seat or Performance Changes and go to choose your season to choose your season
To Make a Change choose either of the following:
Same Performance and Section – IMPROVE MY SEATS
(pick type of improvement and go to choose your season)
or Change my performance and/or Section (and go to Step #2)
Step 2: Change My performance and or Section: Check one from each row.
All requests for seating and series changes must be made in writing. If requesting a change in seating or series, note your request on the lines provided. Indicate the series you would like to switch to and/or the general area of the theater where you would prefer seating. If possible, provide a second choice. Please note: some seating changes are dependent on the renewal decisions of other subscribers and may not be available. Seating requests are processed based on subscription longevity, donation history and date-received order.
Step 3: Choose Your Season – Pick one of the choices and fill out the section
Choice 1: The Best of Broadway
Choice 2: Broadway on the Edge
Choice 3: All Six Shows

Payment & Comments
If you pay by credit card, you will be charged automatically.
Installment Payments: Check the installment payment box and include the first payment with your renewal. To determine your first payment, divide your subscription series total by 5. The first monthly installment will be due October 1, 2009
When you have completed your order, mail your form and payment in the envelope enclosed with your renewal packet. You may also order by phone at 509.853.ARTS (2787) or 877.330.ARTS (2787) or stop by our box office.
Priority Referral Form
Family and friends of subscribers who wish to subscribe under their own names are eligible for priority seating over new subscribers. To qualify, they must send their order to the theater with a priority referral form before July 3, 2009.
