Ticket Information

Exchange for best available seats (same section) at another performance (same production) if you are unable to attend. Higher priced sections will include an additional charge. We regret that we cannot refund if you exchange to a lower priced performance or section.

For misplaced tickets, a replacement pass can be issued by the Box Office. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Unused tickets can be donated to the Capitol Theatre; please call the Box Office in advance of the performance to make arrangements and receive a tax-deductible receipt (for income tax).

Discounts for block sales to groups of 15 or more are available for some Capitol Theatre sponsored events.

Student Rush is available at some Capitol Theatre sponsored events, offering half price tickets to students (with school identification) one half hour before curtain. Call the Box Office for more details.

Gift Certificates make great gifts and may be purchased at the Box Office.

Will Call opens at 11a.m. the day of the performance. Patrons will be asked to present a valid form of identification.

Parking: Parking is available in public parking lots in the vicinity. Producer’s Circle, Director’s Circle, and President’s Club donors receive Valet Parking. Benefactors receive private reserved parking. Security is provided.
