Gretchen Eickmeyer has over 16 years of non-profit work experience. She loves philanthropy and believes her work at The Capitol Theatre is a way of giving back to our Valley. Most people think it’s odd that someone likes to ask for money…Gretchen’s response is that “I don’t ask people for money…I just give them the opportunity to choose to spend their money wisely.”
Gretchen’s primary areas of responsibility include donor relations, the annual fund drive, underwriter procurement, playbill advertising sales and legislative affairs.
Fascinated by learning, Gretchen is working on attaining credentials as a CFRE – Certified Fund Raising Executive. CFRE is recognized for fostering the highest level of ethical and professional practices in fund development.
Born and raised in Yakima, Gretchen attended West Valley High School and received her degree from Washington State University.
Aaron and Gretchen have two children – the center of their universe. Weekends are spent at soccer games, wakeboarding or hanging out with family and friends.
