The 1,500 seat historical Pantages style Capitol Theatre sets the stage for a truly magnificent event. Over the years, we’ve successfully hosted numerous concerts, lectures, weddings, and other special occasions. The Capitol Theatre also offers a highly trained and experienced staff to deliver expert technical support and marketing assistance. THEATRE RENTAL RATES & OTHER CHARGES

COMMERCIAL RATES – Any user of the facility who is NOT umbrellaed under Section 501(c)(3) or similar statue of the IRS Code.

Load-in & Evening Performance $1,100 or 10% - whichever is greater
Load-in & Daytime Event $1,000 or 10% - whichever is greater
2nd Show Same Day $ 775 or 10% - whichever is greater
Rehearsal &/or Load-in Day $ 500 – No Performance
Merchandise – 20% (See Note 2) Box Office – 2.5% (See Note 1)

NOT-PROFIT RATES Any user of the facility who is umbrellaed under Section 501(c)(3) or similar statue of the IRS Code.

Load-in & Evening Performance $750 or 10% - whichever is greater
Load-in & Daytime Event $650 or 10% - whichever is greater
2nd Show Same Day $250 or 10% - whichever is greater
Rehearsal &/or Load-in Day $250 – No Performance
Merchandise – 20% (See Note 2) Box Office – 2.5% (See Note 1)

RESIDENTIAL COMPANIES Any local non-profit organization as described above that presents a scheduled Series of Events at the Capitol Theatre on an annual basis.

Load-in & Evening Performance $650 – Flat Fee
Load-in & Daytime Event $600 – Flat Fee
2nd Show Same Day $250 – Flat Fee
Rehearsal &/or Load-in Day $100 – Flat Fee (See Note 3)
Merchandise – no charge Box Office – No Charge

Note 1 – CTC uses the TICKETSWEST ticketing system. This offers 24-hour access to the Box office. All promoters will be charged:
- A 3% commission on the gross sale of all single tickets through the Capitol Theatre Box Office or TICKETSWEST (This includes the cost of printing tickets.)
- $.10 PER TICKET FOR ADDITIONAL TICKETS PRINTED (Series, Comps, ect.)
- All bankcard charges incurred by CTC

Note 2 – The percentage listed is for the Gross Sales of all goods sold at The Capitol Theatre by the promoters of the event &/or assigned agents.

Note 3 – For Resident Only – rehearsal days are on availability only. If CTC has the opportunity to book in and/or present an event, which will add to CTC’s earned revenues, CTC reserves the right to revoke a rehearsal day up to 30 days before the scheduled date of the rehearsal.
