Objective: Help students visualize the mechanics of action and experience the effectiveness of nonverbal communication.
Bird house Factory brings acrobatics and early 20th century machines together to tell a story of life, laughter, flight, loss and birdhouses. Inspired by the illustrations of Rube Goldberg and by Charlie Chaplin’s film Modern Times, the international cast includes former members of Cirque du Soleil and the Nanjing Acrobatic Troupe. This is a rare opportunity for students to experience art and science in a spellbinding performance.
